Wellbeing. Participation. Recognition.

Telehealth disability support, consulting and education that strengthen access, confidence and everyday possibility

Support for People.
Change Across Society.

Breaking Limits is built on the idea that support and our environments do not exist in isolation.

Good support does more than respond to need. It recognises people as agents in their own lives, centres self-determination and works to strengthen wellbeing and participation in ways that actually reflect the person.
At the same time, how disability is understood and responded to matters. The assumptions, expectations and everyday interactions around people shape what is possible.

Breaking Limits works in both spaces…

Supporting people directly, while also contributing to a shift in how disability is seen and recognised across society.

Two Parts of the Same Vision

Breaking Limits takes shape in two connected ways.

Support & Wellness

Direct, disability-related support for individuals and families through Social Work Therapeutic Supports, Peer Support and Training for Carers & Parents.

This branch focuses on structured support that responds to people’s goals, needs and support context, with services designed to strengthen confidence, practical capacity and day-to-day functioning.

Consulting & Education

Speaking engagements, presentations, training and advisory support for organisations and communities wanting to strengthen disability understanding, accessibility and more equitable ways of engaging, deciding and responding.

This branch focuses on the broader conditions that shape how people with disability are recognised, supported and able to participate.
